We have unfortunately experienced the death of a colleague and friend. We wanted to find a way in which we could support our employees to organise their lives should the worst happen.
Zenplans is designed to cover all aspects of life. Our platform provides step-by-step guidance for over 50 curated sections across our 5 core categories: Assets, Debts, Daily Life, Digital Life and Wishes.
Employees are encouraged to invite their family, close friends and professional advisors to become Delegates of their Zenplan. Each Delegate can be granted access to part or all of your employee’s Zenplan. Their access can be immediate or scheduled for the future should your employee pass away or lose capacity.
Looking after your employees’ important information is something we take extremely seriously, which is why we are committed to protecting all the personal data that we handle with best-in-class security.
All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and each account is protected with multi-factor authentication. Our platform undergoes regular third party audits to ensure that our security remains at the cutting edge.
Due to the level of encryption in use, we are unable to read the data that is stored within an employee’s Zenplan. The Zenplans team will be able to access a limited set of data such as the employee’s name and contact information to deliver updates and authentication codes for secure log-in.
